DESIGN&CUT

Using a professional graphic application we design a digital sketch  of our frame .A computer sketch of the glasses is transferd to the CNC LASER machine which cuts all the parts needed to make a pair of our frames. We can produce as much as 8.000 frames from one cubic meter of wood.

THE ANALOG STAGE

GLUEING

We hand glue all of the parts and put them in a press for min. 12 hours to get the desired curvatures of the frames and temples. We use a proffesional waterproof glue to ensure a perfect joint that will last for years to come

SANDING

Hand sanding and polishing the frames to get a smooth and silky touch

VARNISHING

The part where the frames come to life. Covering the glasses with a mixture of citrus based oils and waxes enriches the colours and protects the wood from environmental effects.
